We very rarely require a deposit, but if we do, it may be because you have pre ordered food, have a larger booking, or are booking a space during a busy period. If we do take a deposit from you, this can be refunded on the day of your booking once you have arrived or can be taken off of your final bill.
Again, this is something we use very rarely unless it is a busy period or our tables are in high demand! A pre authorisation does not take any money from your card, unless you fail to show up for your booking or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
No, however we could recommend parking at the NCP cattle market or Bentalls centre car park.
We are only a 6 minute walk from Kingston station.
